Learning Innovation and Teaching Excellence (LITE) Lab is a Technology-enabled AI-based Platform designed to deliver Teacher Professional Development @ Scale.
Powered by INNOVentures Global & STEMx, LITE Lab brings forth cutting-edge technology, an AI tool to evaluate and provide feedback on Teachers’ classroom performance, as well as over 6 years of experience (500+ Teachers in Science, 2000+ Teachers and 1500+ University Professors in AI, 30+ Master Trainers) delivering TPD via a number of mechanisms – in-person workshops, online and hybrid (asynchronous) workshops, self-paced (MOOCs) – with extensive data collection through survey and classroom evaluations to drive impact.
LITE Lab’s assessments have largely been driven to evaluate transfer for training to effective classroom practice. Now, with the help of technology and AI, this can be done @ Scale (100s –> 1000s –>> 10,000s –>>> 100,000s of Teachers).
This Summer (June-August), we’re making this Summer of Learning (#SOL2026) with 4 courses in varying delivery formats, duration, levels of commitment, start-dates, and pricing (FREE and Subsidized) so Teachers can choose what they want to learn, how they want to learn it? Course 1: Good Teaching Practices for Teachers (Patterned after World Bank’s TEACH Framework)
- June 6-7, 2026 – Two days (Online)
- Master 28+3 Good Teaching Practices included in the World Bank TEACH Framework by a World Bank Certified Master Trainer.
- No Restriction on Experience, Age, Subject or Type of School. Equally useful for Starters as well as Experienced Teachers.

Course 2: Holistic Science Teaching (Self-Paced) MOOC
- June 15 – July 15, 2026 – One Month to Complete (Online)
- Learn how to Teach Science Holistically by bringing other disciplines such as History, Philosophy, Ethics, and Religion in the Science Classroom.
- Ideal for Competent Science Teachers who want to take their teaching to the Next Level. Strongly recommended for 6-12 grade Science Teachers

Course 3: Holistic Science Master Trainer (Online & Remote)
- July 4-5, 10-11, and 21-24, 2026 – 6-8 Months (Duration) 8-10 days of Training + Classroom Implementation & Evaluation work
- Become a Master of Holistic Science Teaching and ready to Train Teachers at your School and other locations.
- Ideal for Competent Science Teachers who already completed the Holistic Science Teacher Training. Strongly recommended for 6-12 grade Science Teachers. School endorsement & co-sponsorship required.

Course 4: Teaching with AI (Online & Self-Paced)
- August 7-9, 2026 (15+ hours over 3 days)
