• 3-5 years of experience and a Bachelors or Masters degree in Education for Project Manager
• 1-2 years of experience and a Bachelors or Masters degree in Education for Associate/Senior Associate

Work involves looking after and initiating educational projects – end to end – wearing the cap of someone who reaches out across organisation and gets the work done on time and on-specs.

Demonstrated deep expertise / interest in education – particularly science education – is a must.

Experience of working with on end-to-end educational interventions with a startup will be considered an added qualification.

Experience of creating partnerships and having network for business development will be the icing on the cake.

2. Growth and Partnerships Lead

• 2-4 years of demonstrated experience in a Growth and Partnerships role and a Bachelors or Masters degree in Communications or Marketing, etc.

Work involves identifying opportunities, making calls, setting up meetings, writing proposals, and winning business particularly, but not exclusively, in (1) education and (2) corporate sector.

Prior experience of setting up partnerships and demonstrating growth in one of the target sectors is a  must.

The ideal candidate will be a voracious networker and deeply connected in one of the two target sectors.

3. Project Associate / Coordinator

• 1-2 years of experience and a Bachelors or Masters degree in Mgmt / Business Administration / Project Mgmt for Project Coordinator
• 0-1 year of experience and a Bachelors or Masters degree in Mgmt / Business Administration / Project Mgmt for Project Associate

Work involves fitting into many projects (any project) in the organisation and work with Project Manager to make things happen.

We’re looking for someone with passion, boundless energy, zero attitude, and attention to details.

Experience of working with a project in the past will be an added plus, though not necessary. This is a starting position and you can demonstrate your organisational skills through university projects as well.

Design Associate (Growth Path to Creative Lead).
Perfect for someone 1–2 years out of college with strong design basics and a hunger to grow.

Create original digital and print visuals — social posts, posters, reports, reels, and short videos — across multiple projects. Work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate remotely.

A portfolio with fresh ideas, solid skills in Canva + Adobe Suite, openness to feedback, and basic motion/video ability.

Growth toward a Creative Lead role, flexible remote work, high ownership, and a BYOD setup.
