Reporting Responsibility
All individuals associated with INNOVentures Global are encouraged to report concerns about potential violations of this policy or any misconduct that undermines our organizational values.
Reporting Procedure
For Employees
Employees are encouraged to share concerns with their immediate supervisor or HR representative. Alternatively, a confidential report can be submitted via an internal reporting form or an anonymous feedback mechanism. Supervisors and HR personnel are expected to escalate concerns appropriately to ensure due process.
For Partners and Program Participants
Partners, vendors, and program participants who experience or witness concerning behavior are encouraged to report incidents via email at [designated contact email]. The report should include:
- Name and contact details (if comfortable sharing).
- Description of the incident, including date, time, and location.
- Any supporting information or evidence.
INNOVentures Global will review reports in a timely and discreet manner, ensuring that the involved parties are treated with fairness and respect.
Confidentiality
All reports will be handled with discretion. While we strive to maintain confidentiality, in situations where disclosure is legally required or deemed necessary for resolution, we will ensure that all relevant parties are informed appropriately while minimizing unnecessary exposure.
Good Faith Reporting
We expect all reports to be made in good faith, based on genuine concerns. Reports found to be knowingly false or malicious may be subject to review under our internal policies.
Handling of Reported Concerns
Upon receiving a report, the designated compliance team will assess the nature of the incident and determine the appropriate course of action, which may include:
