Athar Osama

Founder/Managing Partner

Athar Osama leads Investment and Innovation Management at INNOVentures and serves as Mentor-in-Chief for SC WomenInTech, and Programme Director for VentureLab, ELIF, and BuildinPakistan. Previously, he was a Member of the Planning Commission and Programme Chair at HEC. He holds a Bachelor’s in Aeronautics and a PhD in Public Policy from RAND Graduate School, California.

Mahnoor Suhail

Community Manager, IGPL Project Manager - STEMx

Mahnoor Suhail has 5 years of experience in project management, communication, stakeholder management and mentorship. She is currently working as a Community Manager, and leads communication and partnerships at INNOVentures. She is the project manager of STEMx. She holds Masters degree in Anthropology from QAU, Islamabad.

Zahra Mateen

Community Associate

Zahra is a Community Associate at IGPL with a Bachelor’s in Entrepreneurship from SZABIST. She has experience with Sui Southern Gas Company, Kravemart, and Stimulus, and now supports projects like STEMx, ELIF Accelerator, and the Holistic Science Teaching Fellowship. She also manages IGPL’s social media presence. 

Nida Athar

Co-Founder/CEO

Nida leads INNOVentures’ operations, HR, and outreach, and serves as Programme Director for Standard Chartered’s WomenInTech Programme in Pakistan. She holds an MBA in HR Management from IOBM Karachi and brings over 17 years of experience in learning, development, and programme delivery.

Sana Majid is a Project Manager and Learning Strategist and with a background in designing, monitoring and evaluating learning programs i.e fellowship, bootcamps and courses

Hamna Ahsan

Social Media & Community Associate

Hamna is the Community and Social Media Associate at INNOVentures, where she manages engagement strategies and online outreach. A graduate of IBA Karachi, she has prior experience at Mondelez and runs her own e-commerce clothing venture, Its For U. She brings a strong eye for digital trends and community-driven communication.
